“I’ve shifted from being rather reactive when faced with conflict in my home to being much calmer and communicating better. I’ve shifted from feeling burnt out to being able to prioritise rest and schedule my load more efficiently.”

“Thank you so much for meeting with us and for the wonderful resources. It has already changed our perspective on a few things and we will continue to watch and read the links you have sent us. You were very helpful with reframing our understanding of our child’s challenges and we are very grateful for your knowledge and your support.”
