Volunteer

Join our fabulous Te Whai volunteers and become part of a community based organisation that utilises your individual skill set and abilities.

Our volunteers are a vital part of Te Whai Community Trust.  Te Whai Volunteers assist year round, in a number of ways, including:

- Support for events and activities
- Providing driving lessons for learner drivers
- Companionship and support to older people and families
- Organising and distributing weekly aroha food parcels and our annual Christmas aroha baskets
- Contributing to the smooth running of Te Whai Community House and our services

As our community continues to grow, there are numerous opportunities for our volunteers and we are always looking for new volunteers to join our mighty team. Volunteering for even 1hr a week can make a huge difference to the life of another member of our community.

We'll provide you with all the necessary training, support and opportunities. We look forward to having you join our team of volunteers!
